GRS Recruitment is working closely with a leading Law Firm who are seeking to recruit a Corporate Administrator to join their team in Paphos. The successful candidate will support the Corporate Department with a wide range of administrative and compliance-related tasks, ensuring the smooth management of client portfolios. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the registration of companies in Cyprus and other jurisdictions
- Coordinate the opening of bank accounts and prepare all required applications and supporting documentation
- Use the Zygos software for corporate administration tasks
- Conduct due diligence and apply internal compliance and AML procedures
- Arrange certification and legalisation of corporate documents
- Prepare and submit forms and applications to local authorities, including Ariadni and the Registrar of Companies
- Liaise with clients via email, phone, meetings and conference calls
- Provide daily support to the Corporate Department
- Maintain registers of members and monitor relevant changes
- Draft documents and oversee procedures for corporate changes (directors, secretary, shareholders, registered office, pledges, etc.)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Corporate Services Provider or Law Firm
- University degree
- Excellent command of English and Greek, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise
- Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and develop
- Committed to a long-term full-time role
- 21 working days annual leave

- Working Hours Monday–Thursday: 08:00–16:00, Friday: 08:00–15:30
