Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with the team to achieve the store's goals.
  • Ensures a high level of customer service in the store.
  • Supports the Store Manager in training the team to foster team spirit and cooperation.
  • Plans and organizes daily tasks in the store.
  • Maintains the store’s visual and operational standards.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in similar position, preferably within the fashion field
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Leadership skills
  • Very good knowledge of the Greek and English language
  • Computer literate
