Job description
Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with the team to achieve the store's goals.
- Ensures a high level of customer service in the store.
- Supports the Store Manager in training the team to foster team spirit and cooperation.
- Plans and organizes daily tasks in the store.
- Maintains the store’s visual and operational standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in similar position, preferably within the fashion field
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Leadership skills
- Very good knowledge of the Greek and English language
- Computer literate
