UI/UX Designer

The Role

We are looking for a creative and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for concept exploration, designing and implementing a visually appealing UI, delivering an end-to-end effective user experience and user interface aligned with each product's specifications and business strategy.

Responsibilities:

·      Conduct a range of user research activities like contextual walkthroughs, concept and usability tests

·      Translate user insights and research findings into design goals and objectives

·      Produce a range of UX deliverables to help communicate process and design

·      Use prototyping tools to create interfaces, interactions, and workflows rooted in user needs and goals, working on a common pattern set

·      Present designs to project teams and key stakeholders, making clear reasoning behind designs and decisions, ensuring successful handover

·      Provide deliverables on-time and on-spec

·      Collaborate with product managers and engineers to troubleshoot and explore alternatives

·      Deliver sketches, wireframes, user flows, designs, and facilitate workshops, as requested

·      Ensure that the UI team lead is made aware of project progress at all major milestones

·      Review and constructively give and receive feedback on work from designers across the team

·      Develop UI screens with coordination of the development team

Skills and Requirements:

·      At least 2-3 years of experience in UI/UX in designing major business solutions

·      Great visual design skills with a portfolio to prove it

·      Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator skills

·      Comfort with design, UI and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD or Sketch, Adobe Suite) and experience relevant to Visual Design for UX

·      Experience in working in design systems such as MUI and Ant Design

·      Website design experience will be considered as an advantage

·      Excellent communication and consulting skills

·      Be able to work under pressure, be flexible, prioritize, and meet deadlines
