DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with our customers and their internal teams in providing a high-quality service
- Monitor and maintain customer trading systems and platforms
- Monitor exposures according to established rules and guidelines and coordinate with Risk Management on hedging
- Work closely with customer’s risk and compliance teams to maintain a structured risk-controlled trading environment, and ensure trading systems are fully operational, handling related issues in a timely fashion
- Verify markets swings and associated P&L, prior to release of client funds
- Ensure all trading activities adhere to regulatory and risk frameworks
- Keep abreast of market and economic developments
- Complete any ad-hoc projects as instructed from time to time.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferable
- Good proficiency in the English language, both verbal and written
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Customer-oriented with a strong willingness to achieve results
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft O365 applications
- Strong ability to learn and navigate new systems/ platforms quickly and efficiently
