Store Manager

Purpose of Position

Responsible for achieving the sales targets for the smooth and effective operation of the store and maintain a high level of quality customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Achieving the monthly and annual sales targets of the store.
• Continued efforts to increase sales and motivate team to provide a high level of customer service.
• Organization, planning and coordination of working hours, supervision, training and motivation of staff. Implementation of the human resources department procedures.
• Supervision at all levels on the management and control of stock, product orders and returns.
• Monitor competition and analyze market trends. Provide suggestions for improvement.
• Maintain store’s good image in terms of store merchandising, displays, decoration, cleanliness, in accordance with project specifications.
• Implementation of the regulations regarding health and safety of staff in workplace.
• Responsible for the supervision and control of the cash desk.

We are looking for:

• University Degree or College Diploma
• 2 years experience in fashion or in a supervisory position in retail
• Excellent command of Greek & English language
• Good computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
• Leadership & management skills
• Communication & interpersonal skills
• Team player & cooperative
• Sales-oriented & able to understand sales reports
• Customer orientation
• Organizational and problem solving skills
• Fashion awareness
• Enthusiastic
