Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior System Engineer located in Strovolos. The Senior System Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as systems engineering, troubleshooting, system administration, technical support, and systems design. This role requires expertise in managing and maintaining network, voice, and security systems to ensure optimal performance and functionality. In addition, the Senior System Engineer shall be responsible for managing assigned projects and technical deliverables, ensuring alignment with agreed timelines and objectives.

Qualifications

• Systems Engineering and Systems Design skills
• Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
• System Administration experience (minimum 4-5 years)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Experience with network, voice, security systems and cloud/on-premises infrastructure
• Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, MCSE, Microsoft 365, Azure, Sophos are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
