Retail Product Manager

The role:
Are you passionate about technology, innovation, and creating exceptional customer experiences? We are looking for a Retail Product Manager to join our Retail Commercial team and play a key role in shaping and growing our consumer product portfolio.

In this role, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from identifying customer needs and defining product strategy to launching and optimizing products in the market. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Technical, Sales, Service, Marketing, and Communications to deliver innovative solutions that drive customer satisfaction, business growth, and revenue performance.


Your Responsibilities:
• Creating billing policies depending on the competition, readjustment of prices and legitimate profits for the company
• Continuous follow-up of competition and tendencies of local market for products categories
• Responsible for selecting the appropriate product mix depending on current trends of the market, the needs of consumers and through correct communication with the suppliers
• Briefing of shops on the developments and the products that come or will come in the market
• Managing the stock of products following company stock policies and manage the distribution process accordingly to all retail shops
• Follow accurate and professional communication with suppliers for the best possible agreements
• Creating promotional activities by cooperating with the Marketing, Communication Department and suppliers
• Keeping up-to-date the ERP system with changes in products, new products, prices and descriptions of products
• Keeping up-to-date the CRM system with changes in products, new products, prices and descriptions of products
• Keeping up-to-date the digital signage system with changes in products, new products, prices and descriptions of products. Preparing and maintaining, monitors and TVs for the shops
• Responsible of creating, maintaining promos/offers through Navision (POS Mix & Match and POS Discounts)
• Selecting information and material for the products communication planning
• Maintaining the Merchandising standards to be followed by stores for Product placement
• Briefing of shops on the developments and the products that come or will come in the market
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support store renovations and new store openings, ensuring smooth execution and timely completion
• Managing wholesale revenue based on company`s requirements

Your Profile:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
• 3-5 years’ experience in product management specializing on product portfolios
• A solid understanding of Internet technologies, products, services and business trends
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proven communication and presentation skills including tact and diplomacy
• Team player with the ability to coordinate people and activities across multiple functional disciplines
• Excellent judgment and analytical skills.
• Computer literate. Proficient in word processing and Excel
• Excellent track record of developing and launching products
• Ability to balance consumer needs with business priorities, and articulate the rationale behind decisions
• Customer Experience Focused
• Must be able to work under pressure
• Fluent written and spoken Greek and English
