Portfolio & Transformation Officer

The company Altamira Real Estate - doValue (Cyprus) Ltd

Responsibilities The successful candidate will be part of the Portfolio & Transformation team and will be mainly involved in understanding and analysing the needs of users in the Real Estate function, in order to provide the most suitable solution based on their requests, by utilizing the current systems functionalities.

Main responsibilities include

  • Working with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements, analysing their needs and proposing the best solution based on the available tools and existing system functionality, therefore undertaking more of a business analyst role
  • Serving as the contact point between incoming requests for updates/changes to existing systems, and outgoing requests to the vendors providing the solutions
  • Working with vendors to request modifications and/or new functionality relevant to the respective software, coordinating timely delivery of the requests
  • Verifying/testing the updates provided by the vendors before releasing them back to the users who requested them
  • Handling multiple requests from different teams, prioritising urgent and important requests
  • Keeping track of open and in progress tasks and reporting progress as needed
  • Working with data, mainly in MS Excel, to create meaningful summaries and visualisation of data, to be presentable to management or other stakeholders
  • Perform tasks required to maintain the information relevant to the real estate portfolios managed by Altamira Real Estate on behalf of our clients, such as updating of information in systems
  • Perform any other relevant duties assigned by the manager of the department

Profile of the ideal candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Business Analyst / Product Owner / Project Management background would be an advantage
  • Data analytics skills or programming skills would be an advantage
  • Three years of proven work experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • High levels of integrity and work ethic
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
  • Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language both verbal and written
