Pool Technician

Leonardo Laura Beach & Splash Resort is currently seeking a skilled and reliable Pool Technician to join our Engineering team.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspection, cleaning, and maintenance of swimming pools, spa pools, and water features.
• Monitor and maintain proper water chemistry by testing and adjusting chemical levels in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Operate, inspect, and maintain pool filtration, circulation, and pumping systems.
• Diagnose and repair pool equipment, including pumps, filters, valves, heaters, and dosing systems.
• Ensure all pool facilities are clean, safe, and fully operational for guests.
• Maintain accurate records of water quality tests, maintenance activities, and repairs.
• Report equipment faults and recommend preventive maintenance when necessary.
• Liaise with the Engineering and Housekeeping Departments to ensure the highest standards of pool maintenance.
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience as a Pool Technician, Maintenance Technician, or in a similar technical role.
• Knowledge of pool filtration systems, water treatment, and chemical handling.
• Basic plumbing and electrical maintenance skills will be considered an advantage.
• Good knowledge of English; Greek will be considered an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Relevant technical certification will be considered an advantage.
