Role Overview

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Executive to help drive Complytek’s growth. This role is ideal for someone who combines commercial thinking with creativity, enjoys turning ideas into impactful campaigns, and is passionate about innovation and market positioning.

You will work closely with our Head of GTM (Go-To-Market) and Sales team to develop and execute marketing initiatives that generate demand, strengthen our brand presence, and contribute directly to pipeline growth and revenue. 

Key Responsibilities 

Demand Generation & Growth

  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Generate qualified leads and support pipeline growth.
  • Collaborate with Sales on account-based marketing initiatives.

Marketing Operations

  • Manage HubSpot workflows, lead tracking, and reporting.
  • Maintain CRM data quality and campaign attribution.
  • Monitor performance and optimize conversion rates.

Content & Market Positioning

  • Create engaging content aligned with target audiences and industry trends.
  • Manage LinkedIn and social media presence
  • Support brand positioning initiatives such as webinars, events and presentations

Website & Digital Experience

  • Maintain and optimize website content and landing pages.
  • Improve user experience and lead conversion performance.
  • Ensure consistency across messaging and marketing assets.

Qualifications

Essential

  • 3+ years’ experience in B2B marketing
  • Proven success in lead generation and demand generation
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels and conversion strategies
  • Experience executing campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and digital channels
  • Ability to think strategically while delivering hands-on results
  • Strong organizational skills and ownership mindset

Nice to Have

  • Experience in FinTech, RegTech, SaaS, or compliance-related industries
  • Familiarity with tools such as Apollo, Lemlist, and data enrichment platforms
  • Knowledge of SEO and website optimization
