A reputable legal firm based in Paphos is seeking an experienced Legal Administrator specialising in Litigation to join their professional team. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide administrative support to litigation lawyers, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Manage case files, legal documents, and correspondence with utmost attention to detail.
- Assist in drafting and formatting legal documents, including pleadings and contracts.
- Schedule meetings, hearings, and appointments, maintaining the team's calendar efficiently.
- Liaise with courts, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure timely case progression.
- Maintain an organized filing system (both physical and digital) for case-related documentation.
- Conduct basic legal research to support case preparation.
- Prior experience in litigation or a similar legal administrative role is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications and legal practice management software.
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful individual with a strong work ethic.
