Job description


As a Junior HR Assistant you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR activities, ensuring processes run smoothly, and assisting with a variety of operational and administrative tasks.


Responsibilities

  • Support HR Operations and administrative processes
  • Maintain and update HR documents, records, and spreadsheets
  • Conduct research and source external providers when required
  • Assist with filing, documentation, and compliance-related tasks
  • Support the organization of company events and internal initiatives
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Act as a reliable right hand to the HR team, helping manage operational priorities


Requirements

  • Fluent English (both written and spoken)
  • Recent graduate or 1–2 years of work experience in a similar field
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Understanding of confidentiality, NDAs, and professional discretion
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Comfortable working with documents, spreadsheets, and administrative processes
