Job description
As a Junior HR Assistant you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR activities, ensuring processes run smoothly, and assisting with a variety of operational and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Support HR Operations and administrative processes
- Maintain and update HR documents, records, and spreadsheets
- Conduct research and source external providers when required
- Assist with filing, documentation, and compliance-related tasks
- Support the organization of company events and internal initiatives
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Act as a reliable right hand to the HR team, helping manage operational priorities
Requirements
- Fluent English (both written and spoken)
- Recent graduate or 1–2 years of work experience in a similar field
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- High attention to detail
- Understanding of confidentiality, NDAs, and professional discretion
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working with documents, spreadsheets, and administrative processes
