We're looking for a Graphic Designer who balances high-impact execution with big-picture thinking. You will craft day-to-day visuals while helping define the visual styles and design systems that power our global employer brand across all digital and physical touchpoints.
The main responsibilities of the position include:
Campaigns & Creative Direction
• Concept and execute visual styles, key visuals, and creative assets for global employer branding campaigns
• Translate employer brand strategy into engaging, high-quality creative outputs
• Act as the visual benchmark, ensuring high-level execution across all team outputs
Social Media, Digital & Motion
• Design static and motion content (including GIFs and light animations) for Social Media Platforms
• Create visuals for job ads, digital campaigns, and talent attraction initiatives
• Contribute to the visual development of the careers website and employer branding web content
Design Systems & Templates
• Build and maintain scalable design systems, templates, and asset libraries
• Enable the Employer Branding team with ready-to-use, on-brand creative frameworks
Internal Communications
• Design visuals for internal announcements, including email campaigns, banners, and presentations
• Support internal engagement through creative storytelling
Events & Physical Presence
• Design branded materials for career events, conferences, and internal activations, including booth designs, giveaways, and other physical assets
• Collaborate with vendors and production partners to ensure high quality execution
Main requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Branding, or Campaign Design
• A strong portfolio showcasing real, executed projects is required
• Experience working with global brands or within fintech / tech environments is a plus
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Suite (i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Strong working knowledge of Figma
• Experience in motion graphics (After Effects and Premier Pro)
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools (eg: Prompting, image generation, video generation)
• Strong visual aesthetics with a keen eye for layout, typography, and brand consistency
• Ability to manage complex projects, multitask and collaborate with multiple stakeholders• Basic video editing skills for social media
• Experience with 3D design skills (Cinema 4D or Blender)
• Illustration skills
