Кадровое агентство «Дэвид Кеннеди» is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Finnish speaking Customer Service Representative for their office in Ларнака, Кипр.

Position: Customer Service Representative (Finnish)

Location: Ларнака, Кипр 

Work model: On-site

Employment type: Full-time

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide high-quality customer support to users via phone, email and live chat

• Assist customers with account-related, technical and platform-related inquiries

• Support users with password resets, payments and general account management queries

• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear, solution-oriented guidance

• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach across all interactions

• Accurately document customer interactions and relevant case information

• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams

• Meet defined quality, productivity, customer satisfaction and attendance targets.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native or fluent Finnish speaker (minimum C1)

• Fluent English

• Completed secondary education

• Previous customer service experience is an advantage

• Good computer and technology skills

• Strong communication and customer interaction skills

• Good problem-solving abilities

• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure

• Friendly, reliable and customer-oriented approach

• Clean criminal record

• Willingness to relocate to and work on-site in Larnaca, Cyprus.
