Responsibilities:
- Manage and process the company's internal and external correspondence.
- Complete, collect, and submit all required forms and applications to the Electricity Authority of Cyprus (EAC).
- Receive and manage incoming telephone calls, forward them to the appropriate personnel, and notify recipients in their absence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Communicate with customers and suppliers according to management instructions and handle related matters.
- Manage the customer database and allocate customers to sales representatives by district.
- Provide general secretarial and administrative support.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Secretarial Studies or Secondary Education.
- Very good command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
- Very good knowledge and use of Microsoft Office.
- Very good computer literacy and proficiency in computer applications.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Customer-service oriented mindset.
- Responsible, professional, and articulate.
- Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an additional qualification.
