Your role is to be the voice of the company, to support customers and help them feel confident in any situation. If you are attentive to details, speak several languages and want to develop in an international environment, this job is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Communication with clients by phone and e-mail
- Providing quality customer support
- Checking accounts in accordance with IEC standards
- Monitoring of transactions and customer actions, their analysis and response
- Assistance to the team on issues related to customer transactions
- Conducting electronic verification
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Experience in customer service or related field is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Uzbek, English and Russian languages
