What you will be doing

Developing the CCP program in collaboration with Community and Media Marketing teams

• Scaling and improving a full creator program, including tier systems, revenue share models, performance based bonuses, and monthly contests
• Building infrastructure such as a creator portal or dashboard, promo code tracking systems, and automated payout processes
• Setting up onboarding, verification, and support processes for creators
• Recruiting and growing the creator base
• Building a funnel from engaged players to mid tier YouTubers and streamers
• Driving toward key KPIs such as over 1,600 videos per month, over 8 million monthly views, and at least two viral hits per month
• Managing the existing creator base while running proactive outreach to new creators

Performance and analytics

• Tracking key metrics such as creator driven installs and program ROI
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports for product and marketing teams

Cross functional collaboration

• Working closely with Community and Media Marketing teams
• Coordinating with legal on revenue share agreements
• Participating in strategic planning
