The Maintenance Storekeeper will provide operational and administrative support to Maintenance Department of the Resort in terms of managing the store in an efficient and professional manner. Duties & Responsibilities Ensures that the Maintenance store is correctly rotated and issued in sequence. Perform administrative skills such as ordering, managing the distribution of materials from the store according to Resort procedures Assist with physical stock count activities as required. Carrying out weekly spot checks on store items. Report any discrepancies of goods against purchase order. Maximise use of storage space available. Maintain up to date storeroom plans and records. Assisting colleagues with tasks. Handles work orders in a timely manner. Maintains the store in a neat, tidy and clean manner. Ensures that Health and Safety practises are maintained at all times. Ensure security of stores areas is maintained. Assist the Chief Engineer with the administration of theMaintenance Department Qualifications & Experience Work in a clear, orderly and precise way Excellent knowledge of Greek and English languages Ability to handle pressure Interpersonal and analytical skills Control oriented Fully computer literate mainly Microsoft Outlook and Word / Excel Any academic background in purchasing/storekeeping would be an advantage Experience of one year in the hospitality industry in similar position would be an advantage Benefits Attractive remuneration package.
