Social Media Manager

GRS Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a global financial services brand for an experienced Social Media Manager to lead and grow the company's corporate social media presence in Limassol. Reporting to the VP of Corporate Communications & CSR, you will develop and execute social media strategies across the corporate brand, CSR/Foundation, B2B division, and executive leadership channels. You'll drive audience growth, engagement, and brand influence while working closely with senior stakeholders, PR agencies, and content specialists to deliver impactful campaigns and thought leadership. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute social media strategies that drive growth, engagement, and brand awareness.
• Manage content planning and campaigns across multiple corporate and executive channels.
• Advise on social-first content, platform best practices, and emerging trends.
• Collaborate with PR, communications, and creative teams to deliver engaging campaigns.
• Monitor performance, analyse data, and optimise content through insights and reporting.
• Support executive personal branding, corporate reputation, and CSR communications.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Solid experience in social media, corporate communications, or digital marketing.
• Proven success growing social media audiences and engagement.
• Experience managing multiple brands or executive social channels.
• Background in financial services, B2B, or another regulated industry is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, short-form video, and social media analytics.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.

SALARY AND BENEFITS

• €36000 - €48000 Gross Per Annum.
• Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and skills. The advertised salary range is indicative, any offer will reflect the successful candidate’s suitability.
