Shift Leader
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.
- Provide high-quality products and services in full alignment with the brand's standards.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and development needs of the restaurant.
- Attain the financial objectives of the company.
It would be beneficial if you:
- Have several years of experience in a similar position.
- Are well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Are familiar with software programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Have a good financial understanding.
- Are fluent in both Greek and English.
- Lead by example, dividing time equally among employees and guests.
