Senior System Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Senior System Analyst to join our ERP team. In this role, you will be working on a back-office system that serves as the primary workplace for the Operations Department - supporting business decision-making with reliable data and providing a platform for client communications. You will work closely with development teams and business stakeholders to conduct technical analysis and design solution approaches to maintain and develop the company’s core products and business processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders from various business domains to elicit, analyse, and formalise requirements for product changes and enhancements
• Conduct technical analysis and design solution approaches in collaboration with developers and analysts from cross-functional teams
• Document technical solutions, prepare detailed specifications, and create well-structured development tasks
• Maintain all analytical and technical documentation in an accurate and up-to-date state throughout the product lifecycle
• Support and facilitate development and testing processes
• Prepare user documentation, guidelines, and training materials; conduct knowledge transfer sessions
• Collect and analyse user feedback to identify improvement opportunities
• Analyze root causes of business issues and develop effective solution proposals and corrective actions

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a System Analyst in product or enterprise environments
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly in English (B2+/C1)
• Strong systems thinking and ability to identify bottlenecks and optimisation opportunities High level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness of requirements and specifications
• Experience designing scalable technical solutions aligned with business goals
• Experience designing integration interactions between internal and external systems
• Ability to produce clear, structured, and maintainable documentation
• Experience in creating user documentation and supporting knowledge transfer to non-technical business representatives
• Result-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritise effectively and maintain a high execution speed without compromising quality
