What you will do

  • Build and develop systems for assessment, growth, and talent management within your assigned business units.
  • Mentor line managers and help them improve their team management skills.
  • Gather requests from C-level executives and managers, translate them into people solutions, and track their progress.
  • Launch and manage major HR projects tailored to business needs: performance, talent, succession, org changes, onboarding, and more.
  • Take ownership of cross-functional HR projects: from gathering requirements and designing the approach to implementation, rollout, and post-analysis.
  • Improve the quality of key people processes: onboarding, offboarding, development, and internal mobility.
  • Build and maintain a knowledge base, frameworks, and internal materials for managers and teams.
  • Participate in shaping and developing the HR function.
  • Enhance cohesion and collaboration quality across distributed teams.
  • Prepare analytics, insights, and recommendations for leadership regarding people, risks, and organizational decisions.
