Job description
On behalf of our client a leading IT solutions and services organization in the Eastern Mediterranean region with offices in Cyprus and Greece, we are seeking to recruit a Senior ERP Consultant. The company’s offices are located in Nicosia.
The purpose of the role is to manage and conduct successful implementation of financial management and ERP systems to clients, ensuring that all requirements and specifications, project scope and objectives are achieved, and all users are properly trained to use the solution effectively.

- Perform full cycle financial management system and ERP implementations, interacting directly with senior level client employees and ensuring that the integration/ implementation process goes smoothly from start to finish.
- Conduct business process analysis sessions to configure system features or functions based on client requirements and needs.
- Manage various engagements concurrently with strict timelines, outline implementation objectives, in a variety of client situations.
- Work as part of a team with other Consultants, to assess client implementation needs, design innovative solutions and implement them to a level which exceed client expectations.
- Develop and communicate client requirements with the technical team on potential customizations to the solution.
- Pursue professional certifications and personal development.
basic information:
FULL TIMENICOSIAHYBRID- University degree in Accounting & Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. An Information Technology degree will also be considered.
- 4+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Audit, Advisory, Financial Analysis, or Business Consulting, preferably within a Big4 or similar professional services environment.
- Strong understanding of financial processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Cash Management, and Financial Reporting.
- Experience with ERP, Financial Management Systems, or other enterprise business applications is considered an advantage
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand business processes and recommend process improvements.
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, Power BI, Excel, SQL, or similar analytical tools will be considered an advantage.
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and translate business requirements into practical solutions.
- Strong project coordination, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a client-facing environment.
- Excellent communication skills in Greek and English.
