The main responsibilities of the position include:
Design and develop advanced, scalable front-end applications using the Angular FrameworkMaster test-driven development, continuous integration, and agile delivery practices within the teamConduct code reviews, providing constructive, actionable feedback to uphold code quality and consistencyProactively monitor application health, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous performance optimizationLead and participate in the implementation of unit tests, integration tests, and automation testing strategiesContribute to system design, technical architecture, and front-end technology choices, ensuring scalable and maintainable solutionsMentor and support junior and mid-level developers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented engineering cultureCollaborate with cross-functional teams and technical leadership to influence technical direction, standards, and best practices for front-end developmentMain requirements:
BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or any other related degree Minimum of 5 years of experience in JavaScript development, with strong expertise in AngularSolid understanding of the full development life cycle Excellent understanding of algorithmic complexity, data structures, OOP Principles Knowledge of REST API and web services implementation concepts Knowledge of GIT, HTML, SCSS at a Pro Level Demonstrated ability to lead technical discussions, code reviews, and mentor junior and mid-level developersProven experience contributing to or leading technical architecture and system design decisionsStrong understanding of frontend application performance optimization, scalability considerations, and security best practicesExperience defining and enforcing coding standards, best practices, and development workflows within a teamComfortable collaborating with product owners, backend engineers, and UX/UI designers to align technical solutions with business goalsAbility to evaluate and introduce new tools, frameworks, or processes to improve development efficiency and product qualitySelf-motivated with a passion for professional developmentVery good communication and interpersonal skillsFluency in English
