Job description
You will be responsible
for architecting the 'Marketing OS'. This role leads the design of autonomous
agents and high-performance infrastructure to automate the marketing lifecycle.
Your role at HFM:
- System Architecture: Lead the
design of autonomous, multi-step agents using LangGraph to replace manual marketing workflows (e.g., campaign
planning, asset auditing).
- Infrastructure & API Development: Architect
robust, asynchronous FastAPI backends capable of handling high-volume marketing automation and tool
integration.
- Model Governance & Optimization: Strategically
deploy Proprietary APIs (OpenAI/Anthropic) for high-reasoning tasks and Open Source (Llama/Mistral)
for cost-efficient data processing.
- Observability & Compliance: Implement Langfuse for comprehensive tracing, cost management, and ensuring AI alignment with brand guidelines.
- Advanced RAG: Oversee PostgreSQL database design
using pgvector to enable semantic search and organizational "long-term
memory" for AI agents.
