Summary

Superhome Center (DIY) Ltd is seeking to hire Sales Advisors for its stores across Cyprus.

Company Overview

Superhome Center (DIY) Ltd, the leading DIY and Home Improvement retailer with 6 department stores nationwide, is looking for Sales Advisors to join our teams in all districts (Nicosia, Limassol, Larnaca, and Paphos).

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Merchandising: Monitoring stock levels, ensuring correct pricing, and verifying product labeling on shelves.

  • Maintenance: Keeping departments and products clean, organized, and well-presented.

  • Compliance: Adhering to all store operational procedures.

  • Expert Support: Providing specialized technical advice and assistance to customers.

  • Customer Guidance: Accompanying customers to different departments to help them find the right products.

  • Special Orders: Handling and managing special orders as requested by customers.

  • Sales Promotion: Maintaining excellent product knowledge to effectively promote items based on customer needs.

  • Safety: Understanding and strictly following the company’s Health and Safety regulations and procedures.

Requirements

  • Education: Secondary education diploma (High School graduate).

  • Languages: Excellent proficiency in Greek and English.

  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

  • Soft Skills:

    • Integrity and professional character.

    • Ability to work effectively under pressure.

    • Strong organizational skills.

    • Enthusiasm for the role and a positive personality.

    • Team-oriented mindset.

  • Digital Literacy: Basic computer knowledge will be considered an advantage.
