Job description
GRS Recruitment is working on behalf of a well-established and highly respected international law firm in Paphos to recruit a Polish-Speaking Corporate Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, proactive and client-focused professional to join a dynamic corporate services team, supporting an international portfolio of clients.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administer and maintain a portfolio of Cyprus and international companies.
- Prepare and process corporate documentation
- Liaise with the Registrar of Companies, government authorities etc.
- Communicate with Polish and international clients regarding corporate and administrative matters.
- Assist the Corporate Department with day-to-day client work and corporate procedures.
- Maintain accurate corporate records and statutory registers.
- Coordinate document execution, certifications and regulatory filings.
- Provide general administrative support as required.
- Previous experience in Corporate Administration or a similar role will be considered a strong advantage.
- Fluency in both written and spoken Polish and English is essential.
- Knowledge of Greek and/or Russian will be considered an advantage.
- A degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics or a related field will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent organisational, communication and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Professional, reliable and client-focused approach.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- €18,000 - €24,000 Gross Per Annum
- Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and skills. The advertised salary range is indicative, any offer will reflect the successful candidate’s suitability
