We are looking for a People Partner to join our team.

Responsibilities

End-to-End People Partnership: supporting employees throughout their entire lifecycle within the company to ensure high engagement and professional growth.Employee Relations Management: resolving workplace issues effectively while assessing risks and commercial implications to protect both the employees and the business.Data-Driven Insights: providing analytics, health check results, and feedback reports to guide management decision-making and offer proactive solutions.Internal Communications: managing employee interactions in internal channels, including announcements and corporate greetings, to maintain a transparent and welcoming culture.Corporate Culture & Branding: developing and implementing new ideas to strengthen the employer brand and internal corporate values.Policy & Procedure Development: participating in the creation and updating of HR policies to ensure they remain relevant and effective.HR Record Integrity: maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records to ensure data quality and compliance.AI Integration: leveraging AI-driven platforms for routine HR tasks and data summarization to focus more on strategic human-to-human interactions.

Requirements

HR IT Expertise: 3+ years of hands-on experience in HR within the IT industry to effectively manage the full employee lifecycle and understand the needs of technical teams.Language Proficiency: Upper-Intermediate English or higher to maintain professional verbal and written communication with international colleagues.Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: strong ability to analyze data and find pragmatic solutions to complex organizational challenges.Communication Style: positive and open-minded approach to communication to build trust and foster a healthy corporate environment.AI Tooling Awareness: interest in using AI tools for sentiment analysis, employee feedback processing, and automated reporting to enhance the HR function.
