Accounting - Non-Qualified ,Accounting - Part-Qualified ,Human Resources

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Proactively gather and organize monthly payroll information and variables from various clients to ensure seamless processing.
  • Undertake the end-to-end execution of payroll cycles based on current labour laws, social insurance regulations, and tax requirements.
  • Complete all mandatory registrations and declarations with government authorities (e.g., ERGANI, Social Insurance, Tax Department) on behalf of clients.
  • Act as the main liaison for payroll-related matters, providing clients with their payroll documents, reports, and payment instructions.
  • Resolve client queries regarding payroll and benefits with high professionalism, providing guidance on statutory deductions and compliance.
  • Monthly and annual payroll reconciliations.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • University degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of previous experience in payroll preparation.
  • Experience in accounting considered as an advantage.
  • Proficiency in payroll software, with a strong command of Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
  • A high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to meet strict deadlines while managing multiple client accounts.
