Pandora at Nicosia Mall, is looking for a talented Store Manager to bring our iconic jewelry experience to life.

Your Role:

As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for the successful launch and daily operations of the new Pandora store. You will lead by example, drive exceptional customer service, maximize sales performance, and inspire your team to shine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing team
• Ensure an outstanding customer experience in line with Pandora’s standards
• Manage store operations, inventory, and visual merchandising
• Drive sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain high levels of team engagement and development
• Represent Pandora’s brand values and culture

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in fashion/retail (luxury or jewelry experience is a plus)
• Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills
• Sales-driven mindset with excellent customer service abilities
• Organized, proactive, and results-oriented
• Fluent in Greek and English
