Location: Limassol, Cyprus

BWSS Ltd (Ballast Water Supply & Services) a member of the M.I.E. Group Limited is looking to hire an Operator.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and manage customer enquiries through various communication channels.
• Handle enquiries from the quotation stage through to invoicing.
• Coordinate with Principals, Suppliers, Customers, and Forwarding Agents throughout the process, including enquiry handling, quotation, order receipt, and acknowledgement.
• Manage tasks related to readiness, dispatch, freight tracking, documentation legalization, and invoicing.
• Maintain good working relationships with customers, local and third-party underwater services companies worldwide.
• Consistent updating and maintaining of various operational and financial systems.
• Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly internal and external reports.
• Create and maintain both manual and electronic filing systems for all customer sales cases.

Requirements:

• BSc or Master's in Shipping, Maritime or any other related field.
• Previous experience in the maritime sector is a plus.
• Ability and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
• Excellent organizational, communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities at once.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM/operational software tools.
• Fluency in Greek and English.
