Job description

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing Lead to join our team and drive growth of the new vertical. In this key role, you will lead the go-to-market strategy, build partner promotion strategies, and increase active clients across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for inDrive.Food across key markets.
  • Define and execute promotional and pricing strategies (offers, promo codes).
  • Manage the full marketing lifecycle, from concept to execution, aligned with business goals and KPIs.
  • Lead the ideation and execution of product changes, including UX enhancement and in-app promotions.
  • Analyze and optimize customer acquisition funnels to attract high-quality leads and maximize ROI.
  • Increase LTV of loyal users through strategies that boost purchase frequency and expand usage.
  • Drive inDrive.Food brand awareness and product adoption through impactful marketing initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional marketing teams to align on strategy, goals, and execution.
  • Manage marketing budget and target planning.

Qualifications

  • FoodTech Marketing Experience: Practical experience or strong knowledge of FoodTech marketing and the industry.
  • Promotion Mechanics Experience: Experience designing and executing promotional campaigns, including offers, promo codes, and assessing campaign efficiency and incremental impact.
  • Global Reach: Experience executing marketing campaigns across different regions, with an understanding of diverse market needs and dynamics.
  • 360° Marketing: Leading integrated campaigns across brand, digital, CRM, social media, and product marketing.
  • Analytical mindset: Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
  • Act as a Leader: Ability to independently lead large projects, coordinate cross-teams, and take ownership of final outcomes.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Languages: Fluent English.
