MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle commercial and corporate litigation files
- Draft pleadings, interim applications, and legal opinions
- Assist in cross-border disputes, asset tracing, insolvency matters, and arbitration
- Conduct legal research and prepare accurate and strategic legal analysis
- Attend court appearances and hearings
- Manage client communication and provide regular case updates
- Degree in Law (LLB)
- Cyprus Bar membership
- Minimum 2 years PQE in commercial/corporate litigation
- Bar Practice Course (BPC) is considered an advantage
- Excellent command of Greek and English
- Strong legal research skills and familiarity with tools such as CyLaw, LexisNexis, Westlaw, and legal textbooks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines under pressure
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality and integrity
- Exposure to complex, cross-border commercial litigation
