Junior Infrastructure And Security Engineer

As a Junior Infrastructure & Security Engineer, you will support the deployment, configuration, and day-to-day operation of infrastructure and security services for our customers. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a dedicated team responsible for delivering core IT and security services across diverse environments. This role provides hands-on exposure to modern security practices and structured operations.

Main Responsibilities

• Assist in the deployment, configuration, and support of infrastructure and security platforms
• Support asset inventory and patch deployment processes
• Perform routine monitoring and analysis of systems and environments
• Help enforce access control measures and segmentation policies
• Maintain accurate records of configurations and changes
• Follow procedures and best practices to ensure operational consistency and compliance
• Contribute to documentation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with the team to resolve technical issues and suggest improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• Relevant experience in IT support, systems administration, or security operations will be considered an advantage
• Foundational understanding of operating systems (Windows and/or Linux), basic networking, and IT security principles
• Eagerness to learn and develop in a security-focused infrastructure operations role
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication and documentation abilities
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Attention to detail and a willingness to follow structured processes
• CompTIA Security+ – Entry-level security knowledge
• CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA – Basic networking
• CompTIA Linux+ or Server+ – Systems administration
