GRS Recruitment is working in partnership with a fast-growing technology-driven organisation operating within the digital services and online media space. We are seeking to recruit an experienced In-House Lawyer to join their team in Limassol.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer with 3–4 years’ experience who is looking to move in-house or further develop their career within a dynamic and fast-paced technology environment.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements including service agreements, supplier contracts, partnership agreements and NDAs.
- Provide day-to-day legal advice to internal stakeholders across the business.
- Support on employment law matters including contracts, HR policies and employee relations issues.
- Assist with regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to the business activities.
- Support corporate governance matters and internal legal processes.
- Identify legal risks and provide practical, solution-focused advice.
- Liaise with external legal advisors where required.
- Support on business projects, commercial initiatives and contract negotiations.
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments impacting the business.
- Qualified Lawyer / Advocate with approximately 3–4 years’ post-qualification experience.
- Previous experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal role.
- Strong background in commercial contract drafting and negotiation.
- Good understanding of employment law.
- Exposure to technology, digital services, media, IP or data protection will be considered an advantage.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to provide practical legal advice.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Competitive salary of €42,000 – €54,000 gross per annum (depending on experience).
