Job description

Leonardo Hotels & Resort Mediterranean is currently recruiting for the position of Guest Relations Officer at The GrandResort Limited Edition by Leonardo Hotels

Duties & Responsibilities

Coordinate with the Animator to design a Guest Entertainment Program that meets guests’ needs (e.g. excursions, boat trips, cocktail parties, art exhibitions, competitions, film evenings, etc.)

Escort educational groups during hotel tours and provide relevant information materials

Assist with guest weddings when required

Maintain the Tour Operators counter in a clean and organised condition and distribute information leaflets from the CTO

Update all information boards with necessary announcements, including staff boards outside the restaurant

Provide a warm, natural welcome and farewell to all hotel guests

Assist guests with enquiries and resolve minor issues that may arise

Advise guests on how to enjoy their stay and explain hotel facilities (Guest Welcome Handbook)

Handle guest complaints and queries when necessary

Maintain a record of guest suggestions

Process guest questionnaires and prepare weekly guest satisfaction reports

Ensure guests’ birthdays and anniversaries are acknowledged according to procedures, in coordination with the Front Office Manager, F&B Manager, and Head of Housekeeping

Qualification Requirements

Diploma from a Hotel School

Pleasant personality

Previous experience in a relevant position
