Remuneration: Base salary + commission

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Engage with potential clients and convert leads into active traders.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and loyalty.
• Utilize sales techniques to maximize client acquisition and trading volume.
• Educate clients on trading platforms, products, and market trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Promote the company's products and service
• Proven track record in sales
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets, motivated by performance metrics, and driven to deliver results
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and customer needs, able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent German speaker (both written and spoken).
• Proven sales experience (FX, finance, or any sales-driven industry preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ambitious, results-driven, and eager to learn.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Ability to work with deadlines & targets
• Great objection-handling skills
