Executive Project Lead

Job Description

We are seeking to recruit an Executive Project Lead, to influence, lead and create lasting impact at the highest level of a global shipping organisation.

The Role:

• Lead and optimise strategic project portfolios across commercial, and operational functions.
• Drive high-level initiatives to enhance performance, efficiency, and long-term competitiveness.
• Collaborate directly with the CEO and C-level — a trusted partner on critical decisions.
• Ensuring the centralization and coordination of assigned projects from the CEO.
• Provide executive oversight to project teams, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy.

What We Are Looking For:

• Proven senior leadership experience in shipping/maritime.
• A university degree in Shipping/ Business Administration/ Economics/ Finance or a minimum of (5) years with the Company.
• Strong strategic thinking and executive decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder international projects.
• A track record of delivering transformation and operational excellence.
