We are currently seeking to recruit a professional and motivated individual for the position of Dispatcher Coordinator, to be based in Nicosia, Cyprus.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Recruit and create a strong team of delivery associates
• Oversee package loading and dispatch operations at the delivery station
• Manage and support delivery associates to ensure on-time deliveries
• Monitor real-time delivery progress and address any operational challenges
• Maintain high standards for safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
