A fast-growing digital services company is seeking a results-driven and commercially minded Digital Marketing Executive / Media Sales professional to join its marketing team and support business growth through effective media sales strategies, client relationship management, and campaign optimization. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, developing strong advertiser partnerships, analyzing campaign performance, and contributing to the company’s continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contacting businesses and potential advertisers to generate high-quality leads and develop new business opportunities.

  • Achieving sales targets by understanding advertiser needs, promoting digital marketing solutions, and delivering tailored recommendations.

  • Identifying, suggesting, and testing new campaign flows based on advertiser requirements and performance insights.

  • Developing existing client accounts by identifying new opportunities and strengthening long-term partnerships.

  • Analyzing marketing and sales data to identify trends, generate insights, and recommend improvements.

  • Continuously optimizing campaigns through performance analysis and split testing to improve results.

  • Maintaining strong relationships with current marketing partners and supporting successful campaign delivery.

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand the company’s advertiser network.

  • Representing the company at conferences, networking events, and industry gatherings when required.

  • Staying up to date with market trends and emerging opportunities within the digital marketing industry.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Previous experience in digital marketing, media sales, or the online marketing industry will be considered an advantage.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze data with accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of any additional language will be considered an advantage.

  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
