Job Title – Content Creator

You will be responsible for:

Article & Blog Writing

• Research and write high-quality, SEO-optimized articles and blog posts.
• Create engaging and informative content that aligns with brand voice and objectives.
• Proofread and edit content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.

Social Media Content

• Develop creative and engaging social media posts, captions, and hashtags.
• Plan and schedule content across various platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, etc.).
• Monitor social media trends and audience engagement to optimize content.
• Respond to comments and messages to enhance community engagement.

Podcast & Video Scriptwriting

• Write compelling scripts for podcasts, interviews, and video content.
• Research topics, structure engaging storylines, and prepare talking points.
• Collaborate with hosts, guests, and production teams to refine script content.

Vlogs & Video Content

• Plan and create engaging vlog concepts and storyboards.
• Assist in video shooting, directing, and editing when needed.
• Ensure all video content aligns with brand messaging and audience interests.

Content Planning & Strategy

• Develop a content calendar to ensure consistent posting across all channels.
• Brainstorm and propose new content ideas based on trends and audience preferences.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align content with business goals.

Editing & Proofreading

• Review and refine all content for grammar, tone, and brand consistency.
• Ensure accuracy in facts, sources, and references used in content.

Collaboration & Coordination

• Work closely with designers, videographers, and marketing teams to enhance content.
• Collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and partners for content promotion.

Performance Tracking & Optimization

• Use analytics tools to track content performance and engagement.
• Optimize content based on insights and audience feedback.

What makes you a great fit:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills for various formats (articles, social media, scripts, etc.).
• Familiarity with SEO, social media trends, and content marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar).
• Basic knowledge of video editing and podcast scripting is a plus.
• Experience with content management systems (WordPress, Medium, etc.).
• Ability to generate fresh and engaging content ideas.
• Strong understanding of different audience preferences and platforms.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
