  • Setting and keeping schedules– Responsible for reviewing and monitoring construction works schedule. Ensure that construction works are on schedule.
  • Able to manage a number of different projects at the same time.
  • Proper utilization of resources.
  • Prepare manpower and plant requirements.
  • Takes corrective actions together with Site Managers. Assist with recovery schedules
  • Coordination between Construction Sites – Personnel, Equipment & Subcontractors allocation/coordination as per projects needs
  • Feedback and information flow between projects regarding construction issues
  • Ensure that projects are executed within the construction budget
  • Deal with the working relationships that exist on the construction sites
  • Maintain database relative to construction costs that affect the construction budget
  • Technical supervision – Solve technical issues

basic information:

FULL TIMELIMASSOLON-SITE

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience with emphasis in complex, fast‐ track, project delivery.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and problem‐solving ability
  • Ability to access resources inside and outside of the company
  • Ability to inspire and motivate others to perform well
  • Manage resources efficiently
  • In-depth understanding of construction procedures and project management principles
  • Excellent planning and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Team player with leadership abilities
  • Strong computer skills – MS Office, AutoCAD, MS Project
  • Languages: English and Greek
