We are seeking to recruit a Commercial Manager to drive business growth, deepen client partnerships, and seize new commercial opportunities in a leading global maritime organisation.
The Role:
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to support business growth and market expansion.
- Manage and strengthen client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within ship management and maritime services.
- Prepare, negotiate, and manage commercial proposals, contracts, and agreements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform decisions.
- Support tender processes and contribute to securing new contracts.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of commercial experience within the shipping or maritime industry.
- Strong understanding of ship management services and industry dynamics.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
- Fluency in English — additional languages considered a strong advantage.
