We are seeking to recruit a Commercial Manager to drive business growth, deepen client partnerships, and seize new commercial opportunities in a leading global maritime organisation.

The Role:

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to support business growth and market expansion.
  • Manage and strengthen client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within ship management and maritime services.
  • Prepare, negotiate, and manage commercial proposals, contracts, and agreements.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform decisions.
  • Support tender processes and contribute to securing new contracts.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of commercial experience within the shipping or maritime industry.
  • Strong understanding of ship management services and industry dynamics.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
  • Fluency in English — additional languages considered a strong advantage.
