Job description


Your role at HFM will include:

  • Researches and analyses the market to identify new opportunities, emerging trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • Manages and coordinates business development activities across the region.
  • Travels to various West Africa markets to lead events.
  • Supports and trains other staff at HFM’s offices.
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with affiliates, both remotely and in person.
  • Develops and execute business development plans to achieve company goals, which can include market entry strategies, sales campaigns, and partnership initiatives.
  • Collaborates with internal teams to implement and execute business strategies.
  • Negotiates and finalizes agreements with affiliates and partners.
