Job description
Your role at HFM will include:
- Researches and analyses the market to identify new opportunities, emerging trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Manages and coordinates business development activities across the region.
- Travels to various West Africa markets to lead events.
- Supports and trains other staff at HFM’s offices.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with affiliates, both remotely and in person.
- Develops and execute business development plans to achieve company goals, which can include market entry strategies, sales campaigns, and partnership initiatives.
- Collaborates with internal teams to implement and execute business strategies.
- Negotiates and finalizes agreements with affiliates and partners.
