Assistant Store Manager
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role; a relevant degree is welcomed but not mandatory.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
- Familiarity with software programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Enhanced analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of financial matters.
- Fluent in both Greek and English.
- Focus on meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.
- Provide high-quality products and services in alignment with the brand's standards.
- Manage the recruitment, training, and development needs of the restaurant.
