Accounts Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee cashiering operations across all company locations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
  • Oversee vehicle invoicing processes across all locations, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Support Internal Audit processes and report findings to Finance Manager.
  • Post vendor invoices in accordance with company policies and payment procedures.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Participate in annual stock counts and evaluate variances and findings.
  • Perform reconciliations of vendor and customer account statements.
  • Post customer receipts in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Process and post supplier and other payments.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

We’re seeking someone who combines expertise with drive, personality, and purpose. 

  • Bachelor or equivalent qualification in accounting or a related field.
  • Prior relevant experience in accounting will be considered as an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
  • Ability to work effectively with Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong digital literacy, with the ability to quickly adapt to and work efficiently with modern technology tools.

  • Demonstrate solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
