UA Manager (Chinese Market)

We’re looking for a User Acquisition Manager (Chinese Market) to build and scale UA for Hero Wars: Dominion Era (web).
You will drive UA initiatives for the Chinese market, collaborating closely with the UA lead and global teams.

What you’ll do

• Own UA for the Chinese market end-to-end
• Run and scale campaigns across local platforms (Tencent, Baidu, 360, etc.)
• Test hypotheses, optimize performance, and scale what works
• Analyze key metrics (CAC, ROI, LTV) and drive decisions
• Work closely with product, analytics, and creative teams

What we’re looking for

• Strong experience in User Acquisition within gaming or digital products (mobile/web)
• Hands-on experience with local advertising platforms (e.g. Tencent, Baidu, 360)
• Fluent Chinese and good English or Russian
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work independently
