David Kennedy Recruitment is working with an established FinTech company who seeks to onboard French speaking Telemarketing specialist to join their team in Limassol.

Position: Telemarketing specialist

Location: Limassol, Cyprus

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage a portfolio of clients and drive sales activity

• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients via phone and email

• Drive deposits, re-deposits, and trading activity

• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services

• Provide market insights and platform guidance to clients

• Meet and exceed KPIs and revenue targets

• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems

• Collaborate with internal teams including compliance and support.

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Native / fluent in French with outstanding communication skills. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)

• Proven experience in a Telemarketing and Sales role within an FX/CFD brokerage

• Excellent closing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills

• Solid understanding of financial markets and trading platforms

• Ability to work under strict regulatory frameworks

• Target-driven with a consistent track record of performance

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Ideally already based in Limassol.
