Responsibilities

• Responsibility for achieving the store's commercial goals
• Proper management of the availability of goods and their configuration, ensuring their correct presentation in the store, based on the company's specifications and guidelines
• Responsible for effective customer service and complaint handling
• Supervision-supervision of the store & control of compliance with the company's quality specifications in collaboration with the Store Manager
• Management of the store's staff (selection, evaluation & training) in collaboration with the Store Manager

Required Qualifications

• University degree in Business administration or in a related field will be considered as an advantage
• 2-3 years relevant work experience (in a managerial position)
• Experience in similar positions will be considered as an advantage
• Strong computer literacy
• Fluency in Greek and English
